"Why I Built Cybershield"
After years of consulting with organizations of all sizes, I noticed a consistent pattern: security breaches weren't happening because of sophisticated technical attacks—they were happening because of human behavior.
Traditional cybersecurity training was failing because it focused on compliance checkboxes rather than changing how people think. I saw professionals who could recite security policies but couldn't recognize a sophisticated phishing email. I worked with teams who had expensive security tools but lacked the strategic mindset to use them effectively.
